Conference Policies
Cancellation Policy
The TransPark Center requires that a 15-day (from event) notice be given for event cancellation. Should a 15-day notice NOT be given, the TransPark Center reserves the right to bill the customer for 15% of quoted cost.
Liability Information
Participants are responsible for helping to enforce the rules governing smoking, food, beverages, and parking, which are allowed only in designated areas. No weapons are allowed on the premises. Participants shall be responsible and liable for any damages to the building and grounds, or any liability regarding staff, board members and visitors associated with scheduled event.
